What's the biggest secret behind a successful life coach consistency. Welcome to the consistent coach podcast. I'm your host, Stacy Mitchell and I help coaches simplify their businesses and their marketing so they can easily stay consistent, get clients and grow their income, using the power of routine habit , building a neuroplasticity because you don't need to do and be all the things to be successful. You just need to be consistent. Hello and welcome to the very first episode of the consistent coach podcast. Now I know some of you might be confused. It's funny. I actually got a message from a good coach friend recently, and she was like, wait, I'm confused. Are you the consistent? Is it the consistent coach podcast? And I say , yes, it is. Um, it came to me so quickly and so intensely, which I'll talk about in a little bit that I had already recorded several episodes in advance and had edited them and had them already for my , uh , content creation assistant that I decided, especially since we were about to travel, to not rerecord them and to just let them be as burned out to biz boss. That was a tough thing because the perfectionist in me really wanted to go back and re-edit them all with a consistent coach, but also that wouldn't have been, I think, the best approach anyway , um , because I think this is the best first episode I could do. Right. I get to explain the consistent coach method , uh, the framework, I get to explain how it all came to be, which I think so many of you will resonate with. Um, and I get to really dig into what a brand looks like, what a coaching brand looks like over time, which I think is super important too , to talk about. Because so many times we are only seeing the highlight reel where you're only seeing the success story after all of that happens. You're not necessarily a part of the very beginning. Um , and you don't necessarily hear about that very often. So we're going to dig into that. I do want to mention something important. Um, I recently had a messaging session, a 90 minute messaging intensive with Dr. Michelle Mazer. She is a communications expert, and I just have to say we both kind of giggled because in that session, I didn't say the word burnout in the entire 90 minute call. And in that call, it became very clear to me that while burnout was something that really is still important to me. And honestly, it's still a part of my approach because I never want a coach to burn out. And that really is a big part of why I do what I do. It wasn't the thing anymore. It wasn't the thing that was driving my business anymore. And it sort felt like this anchor, like I couldn't get away from it because I had built so much of my success around burnout and around helping people heal their burnout. And so I wanted to talk about that because I think it is incredibly scary in many, many ways to give up something that , uh, you become the expert in that you have helped so many people through. It's hard to walk away from that. But I realized when talking to her and talking to my , um, my other support system and my other coaches, I realized that wasn't what I was doing. I wasn't helping people with burnout at all anymore . What I was really doing was helping coaches be consistent, always helping them through their niche, their messaging, creating their signature program, helping them, their website, copy their sales page copy and helping them choose a strength, spaced and constrained marketing approach that makes it easy to stay consistent in their marketing efforts. And honestly, that's what I loved to do. That's what I love to do. And that's why I went through this rebranding very quickly. I laugh at it. I came up with these five CS of the consistent coach that I'm going to talk about in today's episode in a couple hours on a Saturday morning, it came to me so quickly and so intensely. And I very quickly rebranded all kinds of things. The Facebook group, the podcast, my website, it happened very quickly because it was so perfect. And I just want to say, I wouldn't have gotten to this place without all of the other things. Yeah . Previously I wouldn't have the consistent coach method framework. I wouldn't have, I have the five CS . It wouldn't have the consistent coach at all. If I hadn't gone through all the other iterations of my business, I say that because I think we can get very locked into overthinking. We can get very locked in to wanting to try to find the perfect thing. And if I'm being super Frank and honest with all of you, I always sort of knew that burned out to be his boss, the thing, but it sort of felt like the club , this thing that felt tangible. And so I took it, I took action, which I recommend doing, and I got clearer and clear, and I say this because you have to take action. You have to, to take action to get there. It is very, very hard to find clarity, just thinking about something, cause you will spin around in your head for potentially years. And I used to do that and that's , um, something that can really keep you from being successful in your business. So he came to me very quickly, very clearly. And this is something that I have been doing in my work with many coaches now and just sitting down and really reflecting on exactly how I have helped. My clients really helped me to solidify the value of it and the tangibles of what my clients walk away with. And it's really this mix of high touch coaching and done with you strategy that I honestly just don't see in very many programs out there. And I think that's why my clients get really great results because it's so much more than just coaching. Not that coaching, can't be amazing by the way, coaching in and of itself can be incredible, but it's more than that. It's coaching and it's strategy mixed together, which I think is so important for the business for business coaching, for business strategy. And in fact, you'll hear from my client Julie , next week, who booked herself solid for the next seven months. And she did that by focusing on what she loves and by letting go of being super active on social media, because that just wasn't really working for her. I just know you're going to love it. So make sure you hop back in next week to hear that podcast interview. All right . So I want to jump in today to the five CS of the consistent coach and what this, what these five CS help you do. And this is really what I help bring people through in my brand new program, which I'll mention in a little bit is help you build a very simple coaching business that is really easy for you to run because what I see so many coaches doing is they're either trying all the strategies, which by the way, is incredibly overwhelming and tiring. So you're doing all the marketing strategies you've ever heard of basically. And you're still looking for more because those aren't working, which really they're not working because you're trying to do them all. And you're not giving them enough time, but we'll get into that in a little bit. Or I see coaches that love to coach so, so much that they get full of clients and they don't market . And so in a few months they don't have any clients again, or they never market . Like they just build their website. They maybe post a little bit on social media and they are not getting a lot in return. So see both of those things happening. And what I really love to do with these five CS is simplify their business, create their business foundations and make it super easy for them to stay consistent with their marketing so that they can actually create those consistent clients and the consistent income that I think all of us want. We all want to be that coach, right? So let's jump into it. The five CS of the consistent coach commitment, Oh, this is a good one. Commitment is committing to the magic of consistency over time. This is the deep belief that there are no quick fixes. There's not a secret you've missed, there's no magic pill for overnight success. You know, that you just need to be consistent and you know, deep in your gut that with consistency and determination, your success will be inevitable. And this is all about having the consistent mindset needed to keep working towards your dream. And that is without the inpatients or hurry because being impatient is what usually causes the overwhelm . It's what causes you to want to quit. Inpatients is not a fun feeling when you're building a business. So we're really going to dig into that and try to rid yourself of that mindset. The second C clarity, you're going to get crystal super crystal clear on who you help, how you help them, what your clients are thinking. So you can speak directly to them and cut through all of the other noise. And with this clarity, you can stop second guessing your message and start being consistent in your content, in your copy and how you show up for your potential clients. I cannot tell you how important just this one piece is because once you're really clear about what your people need, it is so much easier to do all the rest of it. The content creation, the sales page, the program development, all of it is so much easier. And if you're missing this, you're going to miss the Mark on everything else. And I, this is something that I sort of see as a little bit of one of my superpowers , but I recently had a new client come to me who had been really just going around in her brain around what her niche should be for a long time, for , for years. And in one session, she was so much clearer and she felt so much better. So just know that sometimes you need that outside perspective to figure this out. And I've gotten very good at pulling out all of those little things within you and putting it together in a cohesive package because most people know who they want to work with, but it's really hard to be cohesive. And what that actually means. So that you're just not all all over the place. If that makes sense, the third C constraint, this is where you create your one signature offer that your clients really, really want and that you love to sell to them. And I just want to say creating this offer has allowed my clients to easily raise the prices while signing more clients and having one signature offer. It gives you the time and energy to perfect it over time. So every client you serve becomes a raving fan. This is important because here's the thing like if you have multiple offers, it is really hard on your, on your brain space because you have to make all of those offers. Great. It's hard. It's really hard work. And I recommend if you are struggling to have one offer, because you can become very good at selling that off during this constraint , uh , period also create a sales page that you are so proud of. And that sounds just like you. And through that process, you understand why you are the best coach for your ideal clients. So when you do start booking consults, you're not terrified of saying the wrong thing or messing up. You already know that you are a great coach, that they would be super, super lucky. So in my, okay, we create this one signature offer together. We create the sales page together and throughout that, you become really clear on why you're the best coach for that offer. It's so good. The fourth C consistency, of course you didn't think I'd do it without consistency, right? This is really about not trying to do all the things anymore, to get yourself in front of new clients or hiding away. And just hoping that someone finds you with consistent . We work together to create a simple marketing plan. You can easily stay consistent with because that consistency naturally builds that know like, and trust factor that let's be real. Every other online marketer loves to over-complicate and it helps you market yourself better. And in less time too , I want to say practice doesn't make perfect, but I do think it makes so much easier. So you'll be able to choose one to three marketing strategies that feel really good for you, and you will no longer dread putting yourself out there. We're going to make it super easy to stay consistent. And finally, the fifth seat client experience, the consistent coach method. Isn't just about booking yourself out as a coach. It's also about helping your clients have a transformative experience that they honestly can't help, but share from their very first interaction with you as an ideal client to their final session, your clients will feel cared for. And well-served without you needing to budge on your boundaries. This is really important because I think so many different coaching and business programs focus so much on just how to get clients, but they don't talk about how to serve your clients really well. And that comes down to more than just showing up for the coaching session. It's also about like, are you well-organized right? Are you telling people what to expect from you beforehand or when they book with you, are you setting clear expectations? Do you have a welcome or an onboarding email or a package or something to make it super clear to your clients that you're an expert at this they're in great hands. This is so important. And I think it's missed so often. So that's something that we would definitely focus on if you were my client and this is the equation commitment, plus clarity plus constraint plus consistency plus client experience equals you guessed it more consistent clients and more consistent income. And honestly the consistent coaches about making it as easy as possible to stay consistent in your coaching business. So you can focus your energy and your time on what you really love doing coaching. There are so many coaches out there who are these amazing, amazing coaches who are not getting really the recognition they deserve. They're not getting the clients that they should because they're amazing coaches because they just don't love the marketing and strategy pieces of business. And that's where I come in because I love it. And I attribute so much of my own success to really loving the process and loving, you know, creating a sales funnel, which sounds really hard. But I swear it's not. It's about creating these approaches to your business that make it super clear for your potential clients, that you are the best coach for them. It's really about that. And it's about making you love the process of doing that because ultimately when you have a consistent business, a consistent message, a consistent mindset, a consistent marketing strategy, you become that consistent coach. And what that means is your potential clients trust you. And that trust factor is so important. And you just keep building that trust factor with your client experience and they can't help, but want to talk about you to their friends and family. If you want to become the consistent coach, the one that is booking consistent clients that is so clear and consistent in her message that knows exactly what to do every single week to bring in new clients. I have something for you. This is the first time I'm talking about this, and this is the consistent coach program. It is five months of high touch coaching and done with you strategy to create rock solid business foundations in a super simple and effective marketing plan. So you can be come that consistent coach with ease after finishing the consistent coach program, you're going to walk away with a crystal clear niche and amazing messaging that resonates with you and your clients. You can easily stand out out your signature program and it kick-butt sales page for it. Uh, sounds just like you website because work on your homepage, copy your about page copy. And of course the sales page copy that we just talked about, and you're walking away with email marketing foundations that really work for you, which include a lead magnet, which is a freebie that your ideal clients would line up around the block for the lead magnet landing page copy that makes giving away their email, a total no-brainer an email autoresponder series, which helps turn subscribers and declines on autopilot. I mean, honestly, what's not to love about that. And then a strengths-based marketing plan and a weekly strategy plan. So you can easily stay consistent over time. So I'm just going to get real real with you right now. This kind of strategy and coaching would normally normally cost you about $10,000 or more. And especially, so if you were working with a done for you service for writer , it can be expensive. And the reason for that is because this is , this is stuff that can completely change the trajectory of your business. And if you don't love marketing, this can completely change your coaching business. So I want to say, I am taking two clients, yes . At a celebratory launch rate, and it is 39 97 paid in full or $800 a month. And then the investment goes up to 49, 97 or a thousand dollars a month. So the launch rate ends on June 14th. So if you're interested, do not hesitate. I am also only taking five one-to-one clients total from now through the end of 2021. So honestly, if you've been on the fence, this is your moment to commit. So I do recommend that you head on over to Stacy mitchell.com/consistent to learn more and apply and know that I cannot wait to read the applications. I am so excited. I also just want to say that I have already sold two of these without launching. So I am, when I say that, if you want to lock in that celebratory launch rate, I would hesitate.
